Spiderosa – INSIDE OUT
One of The Ozorian Prophet’s contributors, Zsuzsa Bakonyi aka Spiderosa, channels messages that spiders whisper to her into free verse from time to time, some of which have found their way into the pages of both printed daily Prophets and online editions throughout the years. As we approach the 20th anniversary Ozora Festival next month, the spiders are whispering again, and Spiderosa has spun another poem for us to reflect on in the countdown…
INSIDE OUT
Clap your hand once
Clap your hand twice
What do you find in there?
Not much of what previous cycles have given
Not much of what is yet to come
Just the empty air
And the sound of your clap
The touch of your left hand
The touch of your right hand
What is the difference?
Left-right, black-white, dark-light
Only thinking in these terms, you humans!
We are done with that, but so should you be.
Shadow work is the task
The sole task to be done
In the midst of the forest
In the reflection of your teardrop
In the deepest corner of your womb
Those brain parts you don’t tend to use
Time to switch the engines on.
It is truly time to bring the inside to the outside.
Clap your hand twice
What do you find in there?
Not much of what previous cycles have given
Not much of what is yet to come
Just the empty air
And the sound of your clap
The touch of your left hand
The touch of your right hand
What is the difference?
Left-right, black-white, dark-light
Only thinking in these terms, you humans!
We are done with that, but so should you be.
Shadow work is the task
The sole task to be done
In the midst of the forest
In the reflection of your teardrop
In the deepest corner of your womb
Those brain parts you don’t tend to use
Time to switch the engines on.
It is truly time to bring the inside to the outside.
Beyond mere claps of hands, move beyond surface-level thinking and superficial distinctions—like left-right and black-white—and embark on a journey of meaningful self-exploration and expression. Explore your hidden depths—like wandering through a mysterious forest or facing your vulnerabilities reflected in a teardrop. It’s all about bringing our true selves to the forefront, digging into what makes us who we are, and expressing it authentically. Pay attention, awaken to the nuances of your existence, and bring your authentic selves into conscious awareness and creation.
